Sleep and release all that negative energy September 26, 2017 Reviewer: Cindy S from Napa, CA United States   I love both of the products, Release and Relax.  That being said, they both do affect me a bit differently and that's a Good Thing!  When I'm very restless and just can't stop my brain,  and have had a  stressful day, I use Release.  If I just have trouble falling asleep for whatever reason, I use Relax.  They both smell wonderful and take me to dreamland in a relatively short time.  Thank you Holly for your pure organic and wonderful blends and oils!
