Even at 10% this rose oil is as strong as you will ever need it. You may even need to dilute this rose oil, especially for use with young children, as it is still very strongly and highly scented, even at a 10%. We use USDA certified organic Jojoba oil to dilute this precious Rose. It actually extends the life of the Rose oil, it does not cause it to deteriorate quicker.
